Mitzy helps to ensure a smooth operation for our office, taking on a variety of responsibilities that support both the administrative and operational aspects of property management. She helps with organizing and maintaining detailed property files, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accessible.
Mitzy helps ensure that client communication is handled professionally and efficiently. She takes the time to resolve issues quickly and effectively, always prioritizing customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity and reputation of the properties under our management.
On the financial side, Mitzy manages several key accounting tasks to ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions. She handles the collection of rent payments from tenants, ensuring they are received on time and properly recorded. She also keeps a close eye on property expenses, tracking everything from routine maintenance costs to larger capital expenditures. Mitzy is responsible for invoicing tenants for rent and additional charges, as well as paying vendors and contractors for services rendered. She works closely with property owners and property managers, generating monthly financial reports that provide clear insights into income, expenses, and overall financial performance. Her skills help maintain a balanced and transparent financial system.
Jep Angayen
HOA Coordinator/Office Assistant
Gadfrey, also known as Jep, is a vital member of the Admin Department, managing owner and tenant violations issued by the Homeowner Association (HOA). His role is essential in ensuring that violations are addressed promptly to prevent escalation or potential fines on the property. Jep is proactive in following up on each case, coordinating between property owners, tenants, and the HOA to ensure all parties remain in compliance with HOA guidelines.
Beyond handling violations, Jep is responsible for verifying that all properties maintain current Homeowner Insurance (HOI) policies. By monitoring insurance expirations, he prevents any lapses in coverage, safeguarding both the property owners and the organization from potential liabilities.
Additionally, Jep assists in gathering records and updating AppFolio, ensuring that essential property information is accurate and up-to-date in the system.
Jep also serves as a point of contact between the HOA, property owners, tenants, and upper management. His role fosters a well-organized, environment across managed properties, reflecting a commitment to high-quality service and operational excellence.
Our maintenance team is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of property care through meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to service excellence. By diligently coordinating and processing work orders, they create a seamless experience that supports the smooth operation of all our managed properties.
